Franchise dealership based in Johannesburg has a position open for a DP with experience in a franchise dealership environment of at least 4 years, preferably from a large dealership background.
This position is only open to BB BEE candidates.
Your core function is to manage a profitable business whilst delivering consistent customer service experience in all the different departments within the dealership.
Salary package on offer is negotiable and based on past earnings and experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person!

Requirements

• Previous experience as a DP / General Manager at a franchise dealership (preferably at an A / Large size dealership.)
• Business related Tertiary Qualification. (B.Com. / MBA)
• Strong computer and business systems literacy
• Clear criminal record and clear credit record
• People management skills

Duties Include Some Of The Following

• Implementation and management of the dealership strategic plan.
• Full dealership operational processes and control of dealership expenses.
• Implementation and management of value creation processes in the dealership.
• Management and leadership of departmental managers and staff.
• Meet targets set out re acceptable performance levels, productivity and quality
• Responsible for reporting at Franchise and Head Office Level
• Achieve manufacturers targets, objectives, and standards
• Exceeding budgeted operating profit and achieve customer satisfaction
• Assuring compliance with standards, safety regulations, rules, procedures and policies.
• Being responsible for security of company property and adhering strictly to rules or policies.
